Psychotherapy for navigating trauma, relationships, addiction and difficult patterns.

about growing space

Growing Space Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can explore your experiences at your own pace, develop a deeper understanding of your patterns, and consider new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood, rather than judged. My approach is warm, thoughtful and grounded in curiosity, with space for the complexity of your individual experience.
